RETURNS

All returns are handled via email. Please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA number has been sent, you will receive a return label within 2 business days.

Items being returned must be in unworn condition, shipped in the original packaging with the packing slip.

Once we receive your return, we will credit you for the amount of the item.

If the item was personalized or special ordered or sized (such as a ring) it is not returnable or exchangeable. Please see the “Special Orders” section for more information.

In store exchange or store credit only must be returned within the specified timeframe. Online returns within the designated window for refund, credit, or exchange.
